Preparing for AGOV Business Accounts
During 2027, AGOV will introduce so-called Business Accounts.
You can continue to use AGOV as usual, but you can already make a few decisions that will be useful:
- For your private electronic dealings with public authorities
Use exactly one AGOV account for this purpose and register your private email address that you intend to use over the long term. - For your business-related electronic dealings with public authorities
Use exactly one AGOV account per company and register your personal email address associated with that company.
During 2027, for the business-related electronic dealings with public authorities described under point 2, you will be able to mark the AGOV account as a Business Account at agov.ch/me. For more information, see the description at agov.ch/biz.
If you officially carry out electronic dealings with public authorities on behalf of other entities or organisations, for example in a leisure context for a music association, sports club, etc., an AGOV Business Account in accordance with point 2 is also recommended.
