Preparing for AGOV Business Accounts
AGOV will introduce Business Accounts during 2027.
You can continue to use AGOV as usual. You can already take a few steps to prepare for Business Accounts:
- Your private electronic dealings with public authorities
Use exactly one AGOV account for this purpose and register a private email address that you intend to use in the long term. - Your business-related electronic dealings with public authorities
Use a separate AGOV account for each company or organisation and register the individual business email address assigned to you by that company or organisation.
During 2027, you will be able to declare the AGOV account used for business-related electronic dealings with public authorities as a Business Account at agov.ch/me. Further information is available at agov.ch/biz.
If you carry out electronic dealings with public authorities on behalf of another organisation – for example, a music or sports association – use a separate AGOV account for that purpose as well; you will later be able to declare it as a Business Account.
