Support for users

AGOV endeavours to ensure a high level of user-friendliness and ease of use. Nevertheless, there may be situations in which end users require further support.

AGOV offers a help portal. The AGOV instructions are available there, as well as the option to create a self-service support request (in the relevant help article at the end under “Were we able to help you?”, click on “No, I would like to open a ticket”).
